CERTIFIED ADHD COACHING COURSE

Become the coach who helps FastBraiin clients thrive without shame, without "fixing," and without forcing neurotypical systems.

Coaching

TL;DR

FastBraiin ADHD Coaching Certification

A strengths-based, workplace-ready ADHD coaching certification that teaches you how to coach adults, professionals, and women with ADHD — with clarity, confidence, and tools that actually stick.

Most ADHD support still starts with a deficit story: what’s wrong, what’s broken, what needs to be fixed.

FastBraiin coaching flips the lens: your client isn’t a “broken Honda” — they’re a Formula 1 brain on the wrong track. Your job is to help them find the conditions, systems, and strategies where they perform like they were designed to.

What makes FastBraiin ADHD Coaching Certification different

01

A strengths-based framework (not symptom management)

You’ll coach from a belief that changes everything: they were never broken—just mismatched with environments and expectations.

02

Energy management over time management

Most productivity systems assume consistent motivation. FastBraiin coaching teaches clients to map energy, protect “Formula 1 hours,” and build routines that don’t collapse under dopamine reality.

03

Practical tools that work with ADHD wiring

From body doubling to guardrails (not rigid routines) to externalizing memory, you’ll learn tools clients actually use—because they’re built for how the FastBraiin works.

04

Career + workplace focus

This certification equips you to coach clients through work fit, performance, communication, boundaries, job search, interviews, onboarding, and sustainability.

Who this certification is for:

Coaches

Perfect if you want to specialize in ADHD coaching—or add a strengths-based, workplace-ready approach that clients can actually maintain.

Therapists & healthcare professionals

Add practical coaching frameworks for work and life—while staying clear on scope, boundaries, and when to refer out.

HR, L&D, and people leaders

Learn how to support neurodivergent talent with tools that improve performance, communication, and sustainability—without turning work into a struggle.

Adults with ADHD (FastBraiin)

If you want to turn lived experience into impact—this gives you a structured method and language to coach others with confidence.

What you’ll be empowered to do after certification:

After Certification

Before

Coaches feel unsure about boundaries between coaching, therapy, and medical care.
